Neither BIO nor the Palace Hotel can be held liable for or provide assistance in securing, adjusting or cancelling reservations booked through other sources outside of our reservation services.

- Telephone - Call the hotel directly, using the following toll free number: 1-888-627-7196. Please mention that you are reserving a room for the BIO INVESTOR FORUM. A credit card number must be provided or the reservation will not be processed.

Should you find that your desired room nights are sold out at The Palace Hotel we encourage you to contact the Marine’s Memorial Club & Hotel. Just seven (7) blocks from The Palace Hotel, the Marines’ Memorial Club & Hotel will offer a room rate of $199.00 to BIO Investor Forum attendees.
